Should meditation form part of normal life?

In human life you cannot identify a single path to follow
All is jumble and confusion with individuals at all different levels of existence conflicting with each other on issues of advice and ego

If there was a single path to follow it would start with normal life
and it would revolve upon normal breathing
.

Modern life requires you to be continually external - your attention projected outwards
That alone is the main stumbling block to all meditational, spiritual or religious advancement
.

Unless you switch this around - unless your default focus is internal
you will only ever be a dilettante the same as all the other pony-tail posers
You switch your focus from external to internal by nothing more than being conscious of your own normal, daily breathing at all times. That’s it
.

It is incredibly simple, but when you start you won’t be able to keep it up for 10 minutes. And when you get a rough grip on the process you will say it was the toughest thing you ever did
.

I am not suggesting you breathe deeper or calmer or better or more evenly
I am saying nothing more than you need to be conscious of your own breathing
Listen to yourself breathe in and breathe out. All the time. That’s it
If you ever manage it, it will change your life

In addition, once that platform of attainment is achieved
true meditational, spiritual or religious growth then becomes possible
From that platform the path to ‘son of God’ status is open before you
Without that platform you are the usual poser in the grip of his own ego

The Holy Ghost is TIME. TIME has life and personality

God the Father exists outside matter, energy, space & time, in eternity
He may be eternity for all we know


God the Father expanded himself to create God the Son
God the Son is part & parcel of God the Father
God the Son is The Creation, contains The Creation and moves in personality in The Creation
The Creation is alien to eternity. God the Father created it and maintains it


God the Father sent his power through God the Son and created the Holy Ghost
The Holy Ghost is TIME. Time creates space
He is the living video game which you call 'Life'
The Holy Ghost is the environment in which you live
The Holy Ghost is part & parcel of God the Son and God the Father


The Holy Ghost comprises angels in hierarchy
who are all part & parcel of the greater being
which results in the greater being having a personality
above and over that of its constituent parts


TIME has life and personality
An angel is the personification of a moment in time


God the Father also exists in your soul
You know him as your conscience
When you develop a relationship with your conscience to the level that you do what it tells you even when you don't want to, your life will start to go right again and you will be directed towards your Life Purpose


God the Father in your soul is directly responsible for everything good and bad that happens to you in your life. In that manifestation he is solely focused on your life and his advice is about your life only. He does not create your life by magic. He creates it by directing the living entity who some call 'Karma.' That living entity then passes his instructions to other life forms and personifications which may well include angels

The incarnated god, Jesus, established the Christian religion by issuing 40 commandments at the beginning of his ministry at ‘The Sermon On The Mount’
He said them straight away because he didn’t know if his human body would survive to complete his ministry.
Jesus’ 40 commandments are essential, and those who do not make a daily effort to incorporate them into their lives are not Jesus Christians.


Jesus commanded those who follow him not to engage in sex in any form outside of marriage
No masturbation. No lustful thoughts. Nothing.
He stated that it was his will that marriage be for life, though he would put up with divorce on the sole ground of adultery


The Apostle Paul built his life upon and around Jesus’ 40 commandments
Jesus had specifically commanded his followers not to judge others at any time ever
Paul amended this to allow church leaders to judge church members
Had he not done so he would not have been able to construct the Christian church
So it is clear that Jesus’ commandments can be adapted to a critical need


Every member of the Apostle Paul’s church built their lives upon and around Jesus’ 40 commandments, to the extent of selling all they owned, giving the money to the church, living in commune and handing their wages to the church
So when Paul wrote to a Church he was writing to those who gave everything they had to God as routine


Paul instructed his church that married people were no longer two people. They became one person
The wife was to have free use of her husbands body and could have sex whenever she wanted it
The husband was to have free use of his wife’s body and could have sex whenever he wanted it
He did not go into ‘time of the month’, illness or disability. He established these principles and left all else to common sense


At the time of Paul’s ministry, between 36AD and 68AD there were no newspapers, magazines, novels, films, cinemas, videos, TVs, media advertising or internet.
Ordinary working people were not consciously and unconsciously inflaming themselves into flirting athletes and sexual gymnasts. Today they are. The cat's out of the bag, and in Western countries it is not going back in, this side of shar ia. 
But sadly it seems that no one in the church has enough spiritual standing with Jesus to adapt his commandment on marriage as Paul adapted his commandment on judging


There is ‘Engagement’ and there is Marriage
There is the Church Marriage and there is the civil legal Marriage Licence
Christian couples should be able to have a small Church Marriage upon engagement
with a 6-month review. If they are not then compatible they should be allowed a Church divorce on the grounds of Adultery Of The Mind

Those who have decided they are compatible at the 6-month review can then have a large, formal Life Marriage and apply for a civil legal Marriage Licence

People all over the world use their own lives as a laboratory and, through experiments, discover the reality of God

Lord Jesus is the ruler of your universe
In High Estate he is the Temple Of God in the Lower Heaven
In personality he is with those who mourn, those who suffer, and the weak
In personality he is not in the Churches, though the Churches can reach him in High Estate
In personality he is available to the criminal


Every human being is at a different level of existence
The easiest way to move up the levels of existence is by using Talk Therapy

and that matter really has mass and weight
At school you were taught that everything is made of atoms which is just energy in motion
You were taught that nothing is really solid, and what you see with your eyes is not there

Humans are life-forms living in a field of energy in space
and nothing else is there
What you call ‘your life’ is nothing more than a video game
Your life-form is playing a character in a video game

To the question :-
”How does your life-form construct a video game around him or her”
your scientists have no answer
To the question :-
”How is it that all humans perceive exactly the same video game with their senses”
your scientists have no answer


Religionists say that God created the video game called “life”
and that the Holy Ghost is that video game
The Holy Ghost is TIME, and time creates space
The Holy Ghost is your environment and you are inside him/her


God The Father exists outside of “matter, energy, space & time” in eternity
He also exists in your soul. You know him as your conscience

because the rock is in a video game
and God is the creator of that game

Atheism on the rise

I see no evidence of ‘atheism on the rise’
You can’t throw a hymn book out of a window without hitting someone who believes in a higher power in some form
You can’t scratch the surface of an inner city without pain and despair squirting out of people who are grabbing at spiritual straws of every description.

What I see is an increasingly educated population increasingly distrustful of the Christian church.


Since the 1960s Christian Churches have closed in their thousands and their tens of thousands
If Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and if the church is the body of Christ then it can only be Lord Jesus who is personally taking an axe to them.

And the only possible reason for that is that The Bride Of Christ will not (at root) be drawn from the churches but from the larger population
So when a Church reaches a level of phariseeism that is detrimental to its local population, Lord Jesus hews it to the ground.


God The Father exists outside of matter, energy, space and time, in eternity
He also exists in your soul
You know him as your conscience
When you develop a relationship with your conscience to the level that you do what it tells you even when you don’t want to, your life begins to go right again, and you are slowly directed towards your life purpose


Those who develop a relationship with their conscience over many years, reach a point where they can actually hear it speak to them.
Most Churches proceed with nothing more than that.
The Cleric listens to his conscience, which gives him advice specific to his life
He then tells the congregation that God has given him a message for them


The Holy Ghost is TIME. Time creates space
The Holy Ghost is your environment and you live within him
The Holy Ghost will coalesce in personality wherever people worship God
irrespective of their religion or doctrine
Worship of God slowly erodes sin


Any person can develop a relationship with their conscience
Any person can worship God anywhere at any time
A Church brings only doctrine and the effect of that doctrine to a community
If that doctrine or its interpretation does not have a beneficial effect on its local community
the Church dies. Lord Jesus plainly sees to that.


With the crucifixion and the subsequent destruction of the second Temple, external magic ended
The only magic (miracles) in the world today are those created by humans
Release from Satan’s rule meant that humans now have astonishing powers
The one exception to all this is the Holy Mass – the bread and the wine


Whether the bread is the actual body of Christ is irrelevant. The issue is that the crucifixion of Jesus continues to this day
Whether the wine is the actual blood of Christ is not the point. ‘The blood’ is as real as the evil it settles.


Lord Jesus gifted humanity with a ritual that settles evil in the environment by throttling back the personality that has developed
The Roman Catholic church decided to confine this ritual to within its Churches
and to limit those who could partake of it
Frankly, that says it all


Christian Pharisees always see the population as servants to the church and vassals of its doctrine
Unfortunately, Lord Jesus sees the church as servant to the population – his future Bride
and he judges its doctrine only by the effect it has on the population, his Bride
On that axis alone the fate of religions is decided

Sex and the Warrior Code

Jesus gave the rules of the Christian religion in 40 commandments at the Sermon On The Mount
He gave these right at the beginning of his ministry because he didn’t know if he would live to complete his ministry

After Jesus’ death, the Apostle Paul wrote a series of letters to his churches in which he explained Jesus ministry
A person was not accepted into Paul’s church unless he or she was fully complying with Jesus’ 40 commandments or making every effort to do so

Paul’s letters were written by someone who was complying with Jesus’ 40 commandments
and they were written to people who were complying with those commandments

Paul told his church that if they ‘believed’ in Jesus they would be ‘saved’
By this he meant that if they continued to live by Jesus’ 40 commandments to the best of their ability, Jesus would forgive their failures. Intention would carry the day

Christian Pharisees of the modern church remove Jesus’ 40 commandments from the picture

And teach Paul’s words as if they were separate and unrelated to them
This is like people pretending a car does not exist, and then using its workshop manual as a bible
Jesus’ 40 commandments underpinned every word Paul wrote and nothing he wrote can be understood without them

Jesus commanded that there be no sex outside of marriage in any form whatsoever

As Jesus is God he knows exactly how impossible that is for you
So IF you live by his 40 commandments to the best of your ability then he will forgive your failures
Intention will carry the day

Those who choose to live by a Warrior code do not follow Jesus’ 40 commandments
They will go to the Upper Hell where they will pay for their sins physically in an appropriate way
It is expected that Warriors will have the integrity to face the consequences of their actions
If you are lacking in that integrity don’t follow the Warrior path
