The bible story from start to finish is God making himself known to man
It is totally unacceptable for Protestant preachers to pretend that the Holy Ghost has told them to tell people they will never have any personal experience of God so they’ll have to proceed by faith alone.

When you receive the fullness of the Holy Ghost he grows inside you taking over more and more of your life year on year.
If that is not happening you have failed in that regard. You have been rejected.
Rejected preachers should not be at the pulpit telling people they will have to treat words in a book as God because nothing more tangible is available.

Lord Jesus can be found standing beside those who suffer. He is with those who are ill, disabled and dieing. He is with those who society has crushed and crippled. He is beside the addict, the prostitute and the criminal. If a preacher is not regularly among those people he has no first-hand experience of Jesus and he should not bebluffing his way at the pulpit, podium or lectern.

Christian Pharisees want the whole bible to be the word of God so that Jesus’ 40 commandments (sermon on the mount) can be lost in the 780,000 other words
and no one will hold them to account for not doing what Jesus instructed.

Christian Pharisees want the whole bible to be the word of God because it is so big and so complex they can lose the fact that Lord Jesus was the creator of this universe and the God of the Old Testament.
Because if people realised that Jesus was the God of the Old Testament they would know that he is not the sickly-sweet all-forgiving wimp the Pharisees pretend he is, which means your chances of getting into Heaven with no more effort than intellectual belief are nil. Zilch. Zero. It is never going to happen.

The above question pretends that the world is divided between those who believe in God and those who don’t. That is not true.
The vast majority of people in the world believe in a higher power in some form
but reject the nonsense preaching of the Christian Pharisees and Word Worshippers who have the modern church in a death-grip around the throat.
