Are faith and reasoning major issues in confronting people in the locality?

Confrontation is the province of the warrior.
Many warriors in the Upper Hell have faith. It is almost a requirement for promotion to higher grades.
However ‘reasoning’ is not a warrior’s strong point

Religious Warriors dominate their locality by seizing positions of authority and power in the community
and then leverage those positions to dictate policy to religious leaders and teachers

The Upper Hell is a gothic version of Valhalla
It is the natural home of warriors.
Beyond the fact that they pay for their sins physically there, it is rightly described as ‘Paradise for Warriors’

You can have whatever you can take, and you can keep whatever you can defend.
Obviously those who are not true warriors find themselves in a bad situation in the Upper Hell and are (quite naturally) enslaved by those with strength and heart. Fresh cowards arriving in the Upper Hell are called ‘virgins’ (guess why)
If you can take, hold and defend 72 of them, they’re yours

To get a good start in the Upper Hell it is best to be a member of a clan
and the various Faith Clans are among the strongest
