S.P. on BREATH TECHNIQUE.
          Always be conscious of your breathing.
          You don't need to go around breathing like a horse. Just be aware of your breathing at all times; how much air your chest takes in, how much it expells, and if it is appropriate for the situation.
          You cannot expect to master the universe when you have not mastered the most basic function of your own body. After you have your breathing within your control, we can start to build physical mastery. Until that point is reached, little can be done.
*  WAITING; Concentrate on your breath technique during any period when you are required to wait upon a person, or transportation or when you have nothing constructive to do.
*  TELEVISION WATCHING; When you feel that you must watch a television programme, train yourself to absorb the television information AND be conscious of your breathing AT THE SAME TIME. This takes effort but it can be done.
* WHEN UNDER STRESS; Take time out, sit in a quiet area, and concentrate on your breath technique for a period.
S.P. on EATING.
*  BORING TASKS; Mundane, repetitive work is an ideal opportunity to gain solid improvement in breath training.
*  WALKING; Don't think, breathe.

S.P. ON FOOD.
          A difficult task for those in the West, is to regulate the amount of food that they consume. You will change your life when you change your eating.
          The body of the average person requires far less than he puts into it. The body is continually glutted, becomes lazy and no longer processes. food efficiently. From that point, many ailments build.
          You should have one celebratory feast every 7-days, with variety and richness. The rest of the week you should confine yourself to plain, simple foods in no greater quantity than you need.
*  CHOICE; When offered any food choice, always opt for the plainest item.
*  SNACKS; Make serious effort to confine all snacking to the plainest, least attractive SAME food item. The aim is to take yourself to a condition where fruit becomes an exciting adventure into taste.

SWEETGUM & S.P. ON THINKING.
          A)  You may communicate with the Goddess at any time and in any place.
          The circle is a place of business, of experiment and of personal development.
          B)  There is a system, where you open your mind to the Goddess and allow her to 'download' information straight into you. Your mind then processes it overnight, and in the morning you are clear and certain of new matters.
          When you have developed the A) and B) systems into your life, the need for deep thinking is removed. You are in concord with the Goddess on all matters that arise. The answers to all questions and problems are immediately in your mind. Freed from unnecessary thinking, you can concentrate on building spiritual strength through controlling and regulating your body; eating, conversing, meditating and working with maximum effect.

Magick consists of, and is dependent on three fundamentals :-
1.  Humans have superpowers.
2.  Intention has life.
3.  Time can be altered.

THE ALTERATION OF TIME.
The existence of time is either a scientific fact or it isn't.
If it is, then it must be a constant, continuous stream.
That means that one of the following must be true :-
1)  If the past is set in stone, then the future must be set in stone.
2)  If the future can be altered then the past can be altered.
For if you say that the past is unalterable and the future is alterable you are saying that two different types of time exist - the past is one sort of Time and the future is another, quite different sort of Time. And that there is no clear demarcation line between the two sorts of Time (see quotes below) This would be impossibly illogical thought to any body but a human one.
    
          This may all be news to the man on the street, but those of your scientists who specialise in Time know it.
          You either accept that time travel will become possible or you don't. If time travel ever occurs then the past is altered because the time traveller is now in it.
          If you accept that time travel could ever become possible, you accept that the past can be altered.

          “Time passes more slowly the closer you approach the speed of light -- an unbreakable cosmic speed limit. As such, the hands of a clock in a speeding train would move more slowly than those in a stationary clock.           A clock aboard an orbiting satellite experiences time dilation due to both the speed of its orbit and its greater distance from the center of Earth's gravity.
          “Both gravity and speed can give you a means of jumping ahead,” Davies says. “So in principle, if you had enough money, you could get to the year 3000 in as short a time as you like -- one year, one month, whatever it takes. It is only a question of money and engineering.”
          Time travel into the future is an established and fundamental aspect of Albert Einstein's theory of relativity. Scientists have tested and retested this in both experimental and practical settings.”

          Cleland also points out that the fundamental principle of causality stands in the way of travel into the past. The entire universe, as we understand it, is beholden to this rule.
          “Something occurs first and the outcome of that occurrence happens afterward,” Cleland says, “and there has never to my knowledge been an experiment that came out different from that. I am not aware of any experimental tests of quantum mechanics that have shown any violation of causality, in spite of the fact that many experiments could reveal such a violation.”
          Still, in the same way that time dilation isn't flashy enough to seem like time travel into the future, the public often overlooks a very common means of “traveling” into the past.
          “In a sense, astronomers are always traveling backward in time, but it is in a way that most people are not so excited about,” Cleland says. “When we measure the cosmic microwave background, we're looking back more than 10 billion years in time. That's how long it took for the light to reach us.”

          God the Father intended to expand himself into God the Son (who is The Creation and contains The Creation) and did so. That intention had independent life. God the Father intended to send his energy through God the Son, into The Creation, in the form of the Holy Spirit (who is the Goddess who is TIME) and he did so. That intention had independent life.

THE CONSISTENCY OF TIME.
          The Goddess who is the Holy Spirit who is TIME consists of a billion separate personalities, and all are one.
          Each separate personality is what you call an angel.
TIME is the personification of CHANGE.
The Goddess consists of CHANGE.
The Goddess who is TIME is CHANGE  and brings change.
          An angel is TIME. An angel is CHANGE. If I were to catalogue the million different forms of angels, the day after I completed the book, I would look up and see that a third of them had changed into a different form.
          An angel can adopt any form. An angel can be male or female at will. An angel can be so big that a human would need a telescope to see it all. An angel can be so small that no human microscope can detect it.
          An angel can be and do anything. It can be outside you. It can be inside you. It can live in your soul. An angel is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is an angel, singular or in combination.

          Time consists of angels. Each has personality. Each is in continuous change.
          Rarely can the future be changed by altering the present.

          At any time throughout history that an angel has appeared to a human, the angel has come to alter the past in order to change the future.

PRACTICAL MAGICK.

Humans and gods can move things around within NOW. That is not magick. It is cleverness.

    In a dream, a group came to visit me. We picked fruit and I put it to cook for a feast. It was sufficient but I took them to a far manor where we picked more fruit and put it to cook for the feast. While we waited for it to cook we walked some distance and came to a larger manor. We stayed there for the night.
          Srila Prabhupada came to me. I spent the night with him in a high room. In the morning I went to the bathroom. Upon my return he refused me admittance on the grounds of my ignorance. I professed a willingness to learn. He was pleased and admitted me. He told me to give my report of the night. I stated that nothing happened in the night. He asked me how I knew as I was asleep. He said that I must wake at midnight and patrol to check that all was well.
          Srila Prabhupada would teach me how to be a Spiritual Master.
          It was night. I arose at midnight to patrol. On a lower balcony I saw a young woman who had returned from a party. She was speaking to a man. She made it clear that she desired company for the night. The man declined. Being a Warrior, I would not have declined so I descended the stairs to approach her. I could not get to where she had been.
          Srila Prabhupada said to me that the Spiritual Master should be aware of the problems of those around him, but that he should discriminate in what problems to take a hand in.
          I was with the group who had come to visit me. We went to the last place where the fruit was cooking. I told them that we would take it, and combine it with the first lot of fruit, to give us a large feast. It became clear that they had a plane to catch, and if we spent the time returning to the first place, they would not have long there. We did not return to the first cooking but made a smaller feast where we were. They departed satisfied.
          Srila Prabhupada said that when someone comes to visit, the Spiritual Master should first find out what problems they have, even if that is not the reason for their visit. He can then decide how he can accommodate himself to their situation. Sometimes a small inconvenience can be helpful.

          Srila Prabhupada had the same physical appearance as his later years on earth but he had the vigour of a younger man. The impression I got was that he continued the same busy routine that he had developed here. He said to say to his devotees that his mission was to propagate Vaishnavism, not ISKCON. An organisation is not the faith itself. Srila Prabhupada said that his duty is to the faith. A faith is a perception that has been given to humanity to honour. The process of honouring that perception is sufficient unto God.

          God's name for 'soul' is 'man' and his name for souls is 'men'. God does not recognise human gender. In God's eyes, all humans are female.
          What humans do to each other with their physical parts is of no interest to God, other than how it impacts on your spirit. Whatever impacts on your spirit is reflected in your genetic code, and affects your genetic line.

SCROLL; MAGICK 2.

ALTAR
          Your soul is so small that even the most powerful human microscopes of today cannot locate it. Yet it contains a number of elements. One of these is a scintilla of God the Father.
Your soul is located within your heart.
The heart communicates to the brain through the blood stream.
The brain then passes information to the nervous system.
God in your soul communicates with you via your blood.
Animals do not have the same type of souls as humans.
Animals contain the ingredients of souls.
The Heaven realms that supervise human life can, to an extent, communicate to animals.
The blood provides one method of attempting this.
          Because the circulation of blood is a messenger system of God the Father, he knows, every occasion that any blood message system ceases.
          Between Eden and the Crucifixion, Satan was the legal spiritual ruler over humans. Satan is the god personification of Lust & Procreation. At the Eden disaster, Satan was thrown into the arms of the Living Darkness personalities.
Satan is not naturally of the Living Darkness but is allied to it,
and is in subordinate hierarchy with it.
His hierarchy superior is Lucifer.
Lucifer has the same difficulty controlling Satan as you have controlling your own lusts.
          Whether it was Lucifer, or Satan or both, I don't know - but from them came the idea of instructing humans in blood sacrifice.
          Satan has no religion. His passion lies in the area of inspiring greed and developing it into addiction. Lucifer flatly disbelieves in religion. He is convinced that God the Father does not exist and he thinks that God the Son is just another Creation personality. However they were in the position of spiritual rulership over humans, so they had to come up with something. I am guessing that Lucifer decided to scotch this rumour of God the Father once and for all, by initiating world-wide blood sacrifice. In any event, Satan established a spiritual rule of gifts and favours in return for living things being butchered on altars.
Between Eden and the Crucifixion, Satan was the legal spiritual ruler over humans.
The Creation is a legal system.
Satan's decision was law, so any god or God who wanted to interact with humans during this period, could only do so via living things being butchered on altars.
On the instruction of God the Father, a God the Son personification interacted with the Israelites. He had to do so via living things being butchered on altars.
          When the God the Son personification, Jesus, was crucified, he went into Hell and, by a complex process, overthrew Satan's rulership of humans. At that point, blood sacrifice ended and altars were no longer necessary. Humans have great difficulty coping with sudden change, and were unable to give up their altars. The current situation is that altars give no great offence, but in magickal practice their only use is to stimulate human imagination.
       
THE DEATH PERSONIFICATION.
You are going to die.
Everyone in your family is going to die.
All your friends are going to die.
Everyone you know is going to die.
Who is it that brings all that death?
The Goddess who is the Holy Spirit who is TIME brings all that death.
          All gods and Gods are pyramid in form and consist of a billion personalities in hierarchy. The pyramid personalities of the Goddess are angels in more forms than you can count. This is because TIME is also CHANGE. Were I to catalogue these pyramid angels, I may then find that, overnight, large numbers had changed into some other form. To the question; “what does an angel look like”, the answer is, whatever is appropriate for the circumstances.
          The death angels are misty grey, but the colour fluctuates and can appear darker. They sacrifice themselves in performing the death task.
          The Goddess who is the Holy Spirit is the ACTION arm of God in The Creation. All actions of God in the human realms are done by The Goddess.

          I have explained in a previous post that waving wands and swords about is irrelevant worship activity. So how should you proceed?
          You may speak to the Goddess at any time of the day or night, in any situation or position. But when you draw a circle and sit or stand inside, she knows that it is time for business, and you are approaching her on behalf of a client or are practising or are conducting scientific experiment.
          You may emphasise the seriousness of your commitment in the matter, by placing items of earth, air (incense), fire and water equidistantly around the outside of the circle.
          You may reference scientific work by identifying each separate line of experiment with a figure or picture of an angel. It does not matter which angel. Once all agree that a certain representation references a certain line of experiment, everyone is clear what the agenda is. when that angel is placed with the incense (air).
           The only use that the Spirit Realms (Pyramid Personalities) have for your 'magickal tools', colours or drapes is as references to make it clear to them exactly what work is to be done. If you bring out the same 'tools' at every ceremony, a higher level of spirit force has to be brought to find out what you want. If the work that you are doing does not warrant a high-level personality the necessary spirit-forces will (after a few times) abandon you. So if it helps YOU to have paraphernalia, divide it up into specific lines of work, and DON'T USE THE SAME TOOLS, colours or drapes for ANY OTHER line of work. If there is a 'magickal tool' that you are particularly attached to, WEAR IT and the spirit forces will consider it clothing.

Naked?
          Naked is always better than clothed because of the human condition. However,
*  In the UK we have a problem with the temperature.
*  Most people in the UK find nudity embarrassing.
*  Few people are happy with what they've got.
          We recommend that where more than one person is doing a working, you 'Meet in Preparation' in a separate room :-
Undress and walk into the Preparation room naked.
Face each other and say whatever prayer, ritual or invocation brings calm.
If there is a group, you can stand in a circle, holding hands.
Then robe-up and go and do the working.
This establishes 'naked' as an accepted procedure. That will then allow you to order 'naked' in the Circle if a boost is needed, or if you get into difficulty.
          Improved magickal working when naked is is not a 'god' thing, it is a human thing. People construct a false image of who they are and use what they wear to promote it. Some robes will be better and some will be worse. People will choose, adapt or adjust their robe to promote self-image. This is no problem when things are running smoothly in a well-practised working. But if you are trying something new, or things are difficult, you need to be able to order those present to gete naked, and have them do it quickly and without fuss.
Naming.
          When a Pyramid Personality encounters you, in his mind he gives you a name.
That name is an accurate account of how he sees you.
Goddess Pyramid Personalities see you as your lineage + your condition.
Warrior Pyramid Personalities see you as your courage + your condition.
Other Pyramid Personalities see other aspects of you + your condition.
Your condition is viewed and assessed by all and incorporated into their name for you.
Your condition is what you think of yourself.
The way that most humans think of themselves is rarely ideal, spiritually.

          Within the UK my position is one of overview. The UK is contumelious when faced with criticism. They will say 'here is an exception' or 'there is an exception' or 'that is not accurate where I reside.' I now give the arranged paths for the new religious in the UK:-

          These religious groups are diverse because lower pyramid nature personalities are diverse. But even where those nature personalities belong to separate personality pyramids, those personality pyramids are part and parcel of a single, larger god pyramid which overlays the UK. These religions need to recognise that they have that larger loyalty.
          The only reason to incorporate humans into the life of a god personality pyramid is to make use of their political ability.

2.   It will be available to you in a workable form. By that I mean that you will first develop a worship association with a particular god, and in the security of that association you develop your line of interest.

UK OCCULTISM.
*  The Book of Abramelin tells the story of an Egyptian mage named Abramelin, or Abra-Melin, who taught a system of magic to Abraham of Worms, a German Jew presumed to have lived from c.1362 - c.1458.
*  The Grand Grimoire is a black magic[1] grimoire that claims to date to 1522. It is possibly written some point after the 18th century
*  The Key of Solomon (in Latin Clavis Salomonis or Clavicula Salomonis, Hebrew Mafteah Shelomoh, is a grimoire, or book on magic incorrectly attributed to King Solomon. It probably dates back to the 14th or 15th century.
*  The 'Grimorium Verum' (Latin for True Grimoire or The Grimoire of Truth), is an 18th-century grimoire, attributed to one “Alibeck the Egyptian” of Memphis, who purportedly wrote in 1517.

          The common denominators of the classic books of UK occultism is that :-
a)  They purport to have been written around 1200 - 1500 (shortly after Kabbalah formed).
b)  They pretend to hold the secrets of King Solomon's magic spells.
c)   These spellls relate to using magic to force demon pyramid personalities to produce treasure
      or make other people take a certain action.
However :-
*  King Solomon's magic was of God not of demons.
*  Outside India (written) and Tibet (aural), the only recorded magic of ancient times is the Israelite ritual of the Great Temple.
*   Some Kabballists claimed Great Temple ritual, as secret knowledge, but it can be found in the Bible book of Psalms.
          In short, the classic books of UK occultism don't work now and never did work. The best that can be said for their writers is that they were misled by early Kabbalah. The 'golden nugget' of early Kabbalah was original Hasidic Judaism. The rest of it was Judaic over-excitement and story-telling.
          That is not to say that we can't dig some value out of them. They are rich in the language of symbols, and personal development through symbols is a real, but only partially explored science.

Using his sharp fingernails  as weapons, he disembowels and kills the demon. Kurma Purana describes the preceding battle between the Purusha and demonic forces in which he escapes a powerful weapon called Pashupata and it describes how Prahlada's brothers headed by Anuhrada and thousands of other demons “were led to the valley of death (yamalayam) by the lion produced from the body of man-lion” avatara.

SWEETGUM
          The Magician from the Waite-Smith tarot represents the eternity of attainment in the spirit. That is the ongoing availability of knowledge from God to man. This is the authority on which Gardner and Sweetgum stand - the principle that spiritual knowledge is God-led, is eternal, and cannot be lost. Thus neither Gardner nor Sweetgum depend on previous tradition.
          The Magician is holding a symbol of Heaven and Hell, in the form of a wand. He is using it only in as much as he is showing where his knowledge comes from.
          There are no magical tools on the table in front of him. There are only the four emblems of the four tarot suits. The tarot suits signify the four elements of natural life. They are on the table to show that the four tarot suits flow from the Trumps Major and the Trumps Major flow from this particular card.
          Masonic tools symbolise the value of the craftsman in the Lower Heaven. They have no ritual worth beyond what humans give to them.
          The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn mimicked the ritual use of magical tools in sorcery. Sorcery ended either at the Crucifixion or at the destruction of the Second Temple in the year 70.

          Sorcery ended upon the departure of the Beelzebub Personality. This was either after the crucifixion or at the Roman destruction of the Second Solomnaic Temple in 70AD. Sorcery has never worked since. The 'proper magic' of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, organised around 'magical tools'  was wrong.
          Conversely, sorcery did work between Eden and the departure of Beelzebub Personality, and there were really wizards, just as you imagine.

          The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was a magical order active in Great Britain during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, which practiced theurgy and spiritual development. It has been one of the largest single influences on 20th-century Western occultism. Concepts of magic and ritual at the centre of contemporary traditions, such as Wicca and Thelema, were inspired by the Golden Dawn.
          The Golden Dawn system was based on hierarchy and initiation. The First Order taught esoteric philosophy based on the Hermetic Qabalah and personal development through study and awareness of the four Classical Elements as well as the basics of astrology, tarot divination, and geomancy. The Second or "Inner" Order, the Ruby Rose and Cross of Gold, taught proper magic, including scrying, astral travel, and alchemy.

          The Pentacles, Wands, Swords and Chalices in the Tarot deck are symbols, not 'tools'.
          In the context of the Tarot deck they are symbols to lead you into knowledge.
          FIRE is the Living Fire found in the Lake of Fire of Bible Revelation 20:10, 14 and 15. It breaks a soul up into its constituent parts. I believe all are dissolved except that which is of God the Father. Living Fire would take no notice whatsoever of anyone waving a wand at it.
          AIR is the Lower Heaven. In order for anything to be formed in your area of The Creation, it is first constructed in the Lower Heaven (reality) and then holographically projected into your material realm (illusion). The Lower Heaven is so huge that if your entire universe was moved into it, it is possible that no-one would notice. It is hard to see how a human waving a sword might gain attention from that department.
          There is no cross-over whatsoever between the knowledge symbols of the Waite Tarot and any magickal implements in Wicca.

          In Wicca, ritual tools are used during rituals which both honour the deities, and work magic. The general idea is that the tool directs psychic energies to perform a certain action.

          The chalice, or goblet, is symbolic for the element of Water. Scourge - used in Gardnerian Wicca to flagellate members of the coven, primarily in initiation rites. The scourge standing for sacrifice and suffering one is willing to endure to learn.
Stang - is a staff with two prongs on the top of it. Robert Cochrane introduced this tool into Wicca.[13]
CingulumIn - cords worn about the waist by adherents. They are nine feet in length (nine being three times three, the magical number), and are used to measure the circumference of the magic circle so that it can be set up correctly. Wiccan High Priest Raymond Buckland said that the cingulum should not be worn, but kept especially for spellcraft.
Besom - broom used in handfasting ceremonies, when a couple jump over it. It is also used to ritually "sweep" the magic circle clean from undesirable energies.

          Those who follow the Norse mythology believe that they are Warriors. The Warriors home is the Upper Hell. Warriors do not follow gods, only martial law which comes from the Gods of War. In the Upper Hell, Odin is referred to as 'Fellow Warrior'. He features in stories illustrating precepts of martial law. I have no idea whether he is real.
          Anno Domini (after Christ) many human Kings followed a religion, but it is unusual, in my experience, for a Warrior to practise magick. I have heard rumours concerning the Priest Kings of Merovingia, and to a lesser extent, the Carolingians, but who knows? If there are magickal Warriors today they would certainly be entitled to wield a spear, sword, shield or any such item, in magickal procedure.
          I am sure that Raderghast would be interested in associating with any true magickal Warriors.
          On the other hand, Warriors are from the Upper Hell, and although they are not demonic, bringing a Warrior through would open the door to a likelyness of a demonic follow-on.
